East Liverpool's beautiful, wooded, municipal park offers a renovated swimming pool, picnic shelters, tennis and basketball courts, football and baseball fields, fitness and hiking trails, walking circle, children's playground equipment, an outdoor amphitheater, 18 hole disc golf course, and many species of hardwood trees and wildflowers making the park a great place for bird watching.

To uphold the intent of William L. Thompson by preserving and maintaining the natural setting and physical property as deeded and bestowed to the city of East Liverpool. We are committed to creating opportunities for park growth and sustainability for future generations.
